Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets on our website.

How does the online ticket sale work?
You can buy tickets under ‘tickets’. To buy them you need a personal account, which you can easily make. Please go to ‘log in’ and follow the steps. Once you have made an account, you can buy your tickets and pay for them with iDEAL or credit card. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with the e-tickets attached.  

Can I return or change my tickets?
Unfortunately it is not possible to return or change your tickets. The tickets are definite once the payment is confirmed.

What is an e-ticket and how does it work?
After your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a pdf-file attached. This e-ticket is your admission ticket. At the entrance of the event, the barcode on your ticket will be scanned. The barcode is unique and can only be used once. Duplicating therefore is useless. Please make sure that the barcode is still visible when you come to the event. Watch out with folding, dirt and damp.

I have not received e-tickets. What can I do?
If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, the e-mail may have been blocked by your spam filter. Please check if the e-mail is in your spam folder. If this is not the case, contact us: +31 070 38 34 230.

I have lost my e-tickets. What can I do?
We can send you the tickets again. Please contact us at +31 070 38 34 230.

Until when can I buy tickets?
You can continue to purchase tickets until one hour before the event.
